CREOL Summer Science Camp Forms

We look forward to hosting your son or daughter here at the University of Central Florida as part of the CREOL Summer Science Camps.

Prior to the first day of the CREOL Summer Science Camp, please print out and return the following on the first day of summer camp. Check in will be in CREOL, room A122. A staff member will meet you in parking lot C2 (shown on the map) to escort you to this room.

Please make sure that your son or daughter has an umbrella or raincoat for the often rainy weather.
